Predictions for Tommorrow

I'm not going to give a full preview to tomorrow's game , DPJ should be doing that sometime today. I thought I would give a couple of predictions for the game against Grambling St. Just remember readers these predictions are for entertainment purposes only.

Now to the predictions:

1. Shady will gain over 100 yards. All indications in the press have been towards more carries for Shady than against Eastern Michigan. The coaching staff is trying to find a balance with the one-two punch of McCoy and Stephens-Howlings.
Stat Line for Shady: 16 carries, 120 yards, 2 TD's

2. The defense will continue to play solid football. Grambling St. plays that read offense that teams like WVU play, so this will be a good test of our team speed. Hopefully, we get to see more 3 and 4 corner sets, Paul Rhoads I'm looking your direction.

3. I have a feeling that the offensive line will come back ready to go and angry. They have to protect whoever the new quarterback is much better than they protected Bill Stull. The addition of Mike McGlynn will give some senior leadership to the line. This group will play a big role in how well the team adapts to the new starter.

4. Oderick Turner is going to have a big game. He caught one pass last week and that was for a touchdown. Since both of the quarterbacks that are vying for the new job have much bigger arms than Stull look for the deep ball to connect a couple times tomorrow. Also Turner is going to get himself open just like last week its a matter of the quarterback spreading the ball around.
Stat Line for Turner: 5 catches, 110 yards, 1 TD

Tomorrow is going to be a very exciting day to be a Panther fan. Basically, the entire season is resting on one of two players Pat Bostick or Kevan Smith taking over and leading this team. Enjoy this we might see the start of something tomorrow or it could be the most frustrating experience.

Final Score: Grambling St 7 Pitt: 48
