Happy Thanksgiving

We are about 24 hours from kickoff before tomorrows game, but I just wanted to wish everyone out there a Happy Thanksgiving.

Here are some things that I am thankful for this year.

- All of my friends and family who were here last year are here this year.

- Pitt bball being # 4.

- A bowl game on the horizon.

- One more year of superman.

- Little Julia Paige (My niece, not to be confused with Julius Page)

- One more game with my friends in the Cat Basket

and lastly

- All of the loyal readers and Panther fans who make doing this website worthwhile for Jones and I. You all are the reason why we keep going and we hope that we continue to have your support over a very very long time.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

A few bullet points before I let the experts drop their knowledge on us.

-Shady = Beast. Truly dazzling to watch him break tackles and shed linebackers.

-Greg Williams is my pick for most pleasant surprise of the year. He's evolved into a solid LB and I look forward to three more years of him.

-Nice game plan by Bennett and a stellar job as always from the d-line.

-The secondary; it finally clicked for them, though we can always count on poor Ricky Gary to get hosed on one BS interference call per game.

-I'll be diplomatic and suggest an 'open' quarterback competition for this Spring.

-I actually think that Cav called a solid game except for the strange busted-fade interception. Dude just out though himself on that call, but that may have more to do with the previous bullet point.

HTP and best of luck to the Panthers in Jersey this evening! Enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend.
