Steve Pederson is going to be the New AD. Count me as ecstatic about this. I know some people who aren't going to be happy about it.

he was fired from nebraska because the program went down right when he entered. we were the rebound for shitstache, and the rebound for pederson. yeah he did bring our athletic department into the limelight for a little but the fact remains that nebraska fired him for a reason
Nebraska has tradition. All we have is 1976. Pederson resurrected us. At least he will have the fuckin balls to fire Wanny if he continues to fuck up. Look for a shake up in staff now that we have someone with some true power behind him.
"As my first act as A.D, I will give a coach who just went 4-7 and extension." Is he serious? Don't fire wanny, but wanny has done NOTHING to earn and extension
He needs an extension to bring in new coordinators and coaches if other (hopefully) are fired. No one in their right mind would come here if Wanny has a year left on his contract. It also helps recruiting. I really dont know what to make of all this yet. He could bring the program back like in '96 or we could continue to plunge, its too early to tell.
