He does appear to be better than Conor Lee as a kickoff specialist.<BR/><BR/>However, I still contend that they should use Harper on kickoffs, even though that would mean blowing his redshirt. I have heard that he was by far the best at kickoffs during camp.<BR/><BR/>We should be playing the best players available at all positions rather than saving them for the future.
